  I did email a question, accidently to the Mamhattan location. Either way, I never recieved a response. I went in one day to obtain more information in Japanese straightening(thermal reconditioning)(ended up doing keratin also) and ended up making an appointment for the following week. Yuri was awesome, she was nice, made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable in the process. I had my hair thermally reconditioned about 15yrs ago and the process definitely got shorter. I am very happy with the results, its been about 3wks or so and hope to be able to keep up with the touch up when new hair grows in(itll probably still be expensive). But if I do, I plan to go back to Hair Osh in Eastchester.
